Warranty conditions

Warranty services include repairing or servicing the device and providing free services for replacing parts and repair fees.
Devices include a warranty that has a sales invoice and a warranty card.
After-sales service is provided only through authorized dealers.
The maximum warranty period for amplifier, mixer, power mixer is 6 months and for speaker is 12 months. In addition, after-sales service is provided for 3 years for all products from the date of production.
The cost of shipping to the repair shop does not include the warranty


Warranty cancellation conditions

Damages caused by electricity fluctuation, fire, natural accidents, impact, water and moisture and misuse, devices that have been tampered with or repaired by persons other than authorized service representatives.
Any tampering and damage to the warranty card that has led to damage in it.

Send a photo of the defective part.
The warranty card with serial number and stamped by the seller. Send a photo
